China Public Security Technology, Inc. was originally organized under the laws of the State of Florida, on September 19, 1979, under the name Mark Thomas Publishing Inc. and on April 29, 2003 we changed our name to Irish Mag, Inc. From our inception through October 6, 2006, we provided consulting services in the offset printing industry, targeting individual retail consumers as well as small to mid-size companies. However, as a result of the reverse merger transactions discussed below, we are now a provider of integrated solutions for the public security sector in China, specializing in providing public security information communication applications and Geographic Information Systems or GIS software services.
