We are a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery, development and eventual commercialization of novel, mechanism-targeted drugs to treat human cancers and other serious disorders. We describe drugs, compounds or molecules as mechanism-targeted if they are designed to affect identified biological processes through known mechanisms and novel if they have been recently discovered using advanced technologies. Our core area of expertise is in cell cycle biology, or the processes by which cells divide and multiply.
