We have three business lines which we conduct through our three operating subsidiaries. EnerDel, Inc. (“EnerDel”) develops lithium ion ("Li-ion") batteries for automotive, military and other industrial uses. EnerFuel, Inc. (“EnerFuel”) develops fuel cell products and services. NanoEner, Inc. (“NanoEner”) develops technologies, materials and equipment for nanomanufacturing. Currently, we generate minimal revenue from sales of Ener1’s products. We have developed a working prototype of our hybrid electric vehicle (“HEV”) battery pack and are producing sample cells for testing for an electric vehicle (“EV”) battery pack. Our products are considered under development.
