The Company was incorporated in 1993 and reincorporated in Delaware in 1996. We do business directly and through our subsidiaries, all of which are wholly owned and operated under common management. The Company considers itself to be a single reporting segment, specifically the software segment. The business mission of QuadraMed is to advance the success of hospitals and other healthcare organizations through healthcare information technology (“HIT”) that leverages quality care into positive financial outcomes.
