In this Annual Report on Form 10-K, we refer to DRI Corporation as “DRI”, “the Company”, “us”, “we” and “our.” DRI was incorporated in March 1983 as Digital Recorders, Inc. and became a public company through an initial public offering in November 1994. In June 2007, our shareholders approved changing the Company’s name to DRI Corporation. DRI’s common stock, $.10 par value per share (“Common Stock”), trades on the NASDAQ Capital Market® under the symbol “TBUS”. Through its business units and wholly owned subsidiaries, DRI designs, manufactures, sells, and services information technology products either directly or through manufacturers’ representatives or distributors.
